When visiting the children's hospitals across North Carolina such as Duke, Chapel-Hill, or Brenner's Children's, we typically partner with a sister organization called Smiling While Sending Hope. Together we donate packages filled with various items to improve hospital stays and self care while in treatment. These visits typically happen around 2-4 times a month and we donate as much as possible with each visit.

Visits at the Ronald McDonald Houses across North Carolina such as Winston-Salem, Durham, Chapel-Hill, include doing crafts for the current residents as well as donating grab bags filled with items for hospital stays and treatment. We try to do these visits as much as possible because they are more hands on and we are able to meet more of the community!
